1.  How can I maximize the effectiveness of my vacuum pot?
Preheat or precool your vacuum pot by filling with hot or cold water, attach the stopper and let stand for at least five minutes.  Empty the water and fill with the desired beverage. Cool pot are for filling cold beverages only.

2.  What if my vacuum pot leaks from the stopper?
Always rinse out your vacuum pot after each use and rinse the stopper under running water. Do not soak   the vacuum pot in water or place in a dishwasher to clean. The exterior, stopper and cup(s) can be cleaned using a moist sponge or soft cloth and mild dishwashing liquid. The interior can be cleaned using a mild dishwashing liquid and then rinsed thoroughly.

3.  How can I clean my vacuum pot?
The leaking may be caused by liquid that is trapped inside the spout, or moisture remaining in the cup or   cup/cap.  To alleviate this, allow liquid to completely drain back into the bottle after pouring and before   closing the spout.  Close the spout and shake the bottle to expel any excess liquid that may still be in the spout. Wipe away moisture from the cup or cup/cap before closing.  Be sure to unscrew the stopper and rinse under running water after each use.

1)  Do not use bleach, steel ball to wash the stains as it may cause scratches or rust.
2)  Do not put the pot near fire source.
3)  Do not put stainless steel materials into microwave or dishwasher.
4)  Be careful not to fall down the pot as it will reduce the insulation effect.
5)  Food stored in pot for too long hour will lead to deterioration.
6)  Avoid using the pot for raw food preservation, dairy products and other highly perishable foods.
7)  Do not keep pot in horizontally or upside down.
8) Container lids is not suitable for prolonged high temperature sterilization, may cause deformation of the container lid.
9) Lids and sealing ring are consumables parts, due to wear and tear after long time use may lead to leaking or poor performance, when you encounter this situation, please contact customer service to purchase replacement parts and replaced.
