1.Any problem regarding our products Please inform us within 7days upon receiving or signing the courier slip. Any complaint after 7 days will not be entertain / take into consideration.

2.Any damage / manufacturer defect product / Unsatisfactorily product Please Send us the picture of product via whatapss or email.

3.Buyer must return back to us in original condition with tracable postage method. Postage fee will be bear by buyer. 

4.Postage will be bear by both parties (Buyer and Seller). 

5.For EXCHANGE, You can choose to exchange for another item which have the same value otherwise (Upon agreement between buyer and seller). Postage fee will be pay by seller. 

6. In case of Refund, we will only refund the product amount / value, shipping charges (postage plus handling and other overhead cost ) will not included in the refund, example : If you buy a RM80 product with RM10 shipping charge, we will only refund RM80.

7.In the case of Refund / EXCHANGE, buyer have to re-send back the item to us for exchange or refund, REFUND / EXCHANGE will only process after we received returned product and verification. we understand that the malfunction product cannot be use, but we also need buyer to send it back to us, this is to avoid buyer misuse of the return policy by keeping the product and at the same time get the refund.

8.We will not bear or responsible if item lost / undeliver / damage caused by the courier company. However, Claim can be make on courier service if parcel are missing caused by courier side. Regarding any claim Please contact us.

9.We cannot accept taking difference source of products to compare with our product to judge the product quality . If customer very concern on this , please do not buy here .

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
