1) Seller Did Not Fulfilled Orders by customer flo*** dated 10/Sept/2017

"I ordered 2 sets and paid for 2 sets. But seller only sent me one set."

Seller's reply: Customer did not purchase 2 units, but she actually just purchased 1 unit of 1.65m as we have triple-checked our order detail from our end. Upon calling the customer, the reason given is because for her 1.65m tier rack purchase, she need to top up +RM40.00, [for 1.5m, you need to top up +RM10.00] which she thought that she purchased 2 units. Customer need to be mindful and be careful of what they purchased in order to avoid any misunderstanding of us, the seller :)

2) There’s a problem with the product by customer fiz*** dated 6/Dec/2016

"My purchase different like the picture given, the picture given show that the size of thing is bigger but the real thing it is small.. So, please put the same size of thing in picture with the purchase"Seller's reply: We have actually put in the dimension which stated very clearly that the measurement is 54cm x 29cm x 150cm upon assembly. 
3) came incomplete! by customer dee*** dated 8/Dec/2016"I am wondering if this is supposed to be only 3 set of bars???? OMG!!! MY FIRST PURCHASE IS A DISASTER!"Seller's reply: Yes the product comes in 3 sets of 4 bars which will assemble into 150cm height, and can fit into 5 tier of racks. The manual instruction is being provided as part of the product, hence customer would need to read it carefully prior to assembly for any misunderstanding arise. We have called the customer and clarify on this matter too.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
