2. Real Art Moisture Cleansing Oil 15ml

Moist textured Cleansing Oil formulated with Argan and Babassu Oils gently removes tough waterproof makeup while protecting and moisturizing skin. Effectively removes the following makeup : Eyeliner, Mascara, Lipstick, BB Cream, Eye Brow.



How to use:

1. Lip & Eye Remover 15ml

Shake well before each use. Apply to eye & lip area using soft cotton or tissue.


2. Real Art Moisture Cleansing Oil 15ml

Apply 2~3 pumps to dry hands and massage onto dry skin. Emulsify by adding lukewarm water (the oil will turn milky white) then rinse thoroughly.

        Exchange & Return Policy

        Notice on Return/exchange 1. My Girl Secret shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.

        2. Return/Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

        - if any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
        - if the Product is out of date or expired; or
        - if the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered

        3. Customer shall return or caused to be returned to My Girl Secret the aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof of Order, payment and delivery of the Products.

        4. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, My Girl Secret shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.

        5. The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. My Girl Secret will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in Item fulfilled Return and Refund Policy, refund will be made to the Customer and we will reimburse the Customer of its courier charges for returning of the Products to us provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund.

        6. All refunds will be made within 2 months. My Girl Secret shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

        7. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.

        11Street Return/Exchange Policy

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product
          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
