Dicapacc is waterproof 10m. The appearance and the coral reef that swims in water are taken, and the field of taking a picture extends remarkably. Because it is a characteristic in which the sound is passed, it can challenge underwater animation with the making the best use of high-resolution and the voice ..animation performance.. enough, too.

The DiCAPac WPH10 Waterproof Underwater Case (Clear/Dark Brown) is a PVC vinyl housing with a polycarbonate lens made to allow a high-end digital camera such as, Canon G series to operate underwater to 16.4' (5.0 m). It can be used with a camera that has a zoom lens. It protects the camera from water, sand, dust, etc. in the ocean and mountains. The housing meets JIS IPX8 requirements for underwater usage. This case has a UP ring extension. A neck strap is included.

The case is compatible with cameras that have a length of 3.5" (88.9mm) or smaller, and a circumference no larger then 6.7" (170mm).

UV coating lens adoption for zoom
The blot of light is lost, the performance of the digital camera used was drawn out enough, and it is possible to take a picture because the lens for the zoom gives the UV court by a clearer image quality. The lens part can correspond easily even when the lens becomes cloudy in finishing easily detachable.

Notice on Return/Exchange ShaShinKi® reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product. Not All Products are Returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure / undecided.

Buyer must inform ShaShinKi® at within 7 days of the SHIPPED DATE of the product if return is desired. Buyer must get approval from ShaShinKi® prior to returning a product.

For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. ShaShinKi® will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to ShaShinSKi at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipping, thus is advised to use insured courier shipping (PosLaju, Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.). Buyer must ship and return the product to ShaShinKi® within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.

Restocking Fee: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a ShaShinKi® error, a restocking fee of 15% + Shipping Cost (RM10 or actual shipping cost, whichever is higher) may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically.

For a faulty or defective product found within 7 days of receiving, ShaShinKi® will pay for the return shipping cost (compensate as shopping point to customer's account at ShaShinKi®). Customer must inform ShaShinKi® within 7 days of receiving the product. For products older than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to ShaShinKi® for warranty claim at his / her own cost.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
