The Cherub Baby Natriflow 2 in 1 Auto Breast Pump adopts Natripump and Natriflow technology developed for efficient yet comfortable breast pump expression.

The Natriflow 2 in 1 gives you the option to choose your expression mode; either the fully automatic or semi-automatic suction modes to suit your expressing needs. The easy rotate dial allows you to control the suction pressure to what comfortably suits you. Turn it up to simulate baby’s initial fast suction and then slow it down once your milk begins to flow. In semi automatic mode, the centre "push" release button allows you to control the suction cycle to maximise milk flow. This provides each mum with flexibility and freedom to choose a suction cycle/length that is most comfortable and effective. Simply push the release button to stop the suction; and release the button for suction to resume again - this rythm ensures that 'suck-release' motion is achieved which mimics baby's natural suction.

The fully automatic mode comes with 6 phases of expression with first phase being the lowest level of suction and sixth phase being the highest. Simply click the 'auto' button and let the pump do the rest of the work. The first click will start you at the lowest level of suction. Press the auto button again to proceed to next stage (if you want a slightly stronger suction); the 6th click will provide the highest level of suction. One you find the suction stage/phase that suits you best, all you will need to do is click to that stage and the pump will do the rest; no more pushing the release button unlike with the semi-automatic mode.

With a lightweight and stylish design it is extremely portable and durable making it reliable enough for long term and frequent use. A compact unit size of 19 x 14 x 5.5cm and only 215grams means it's ready for travel at the drop of a hat. The Natriflow 2 in 1 breast pump comes with a companion transformer that allows you to plug it into any Australian or New Zealand electrical outlet. Or if you are on the go just pop in 2xAA batteries (included) for portable feeding.

Return Policy

 

General Notes:
1. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
2. The following items are NEVER returnable:

  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered.
  • Items that require special delivery.

3. If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
4. The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way:

  • cosmetics
  • contact lens

 

Return Instructions:
Subject to the General Notes above, if something needs to be returned, you should contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please include the order number, email address and problem in all correspondence. Provided the return is allowable under our policy, you will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number should be printed and sent to us along with the item to be returned.

Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from the date you receive your RA number. TouchPoint will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only. TouchPoint does not refund shipping and handling charges. 

Refunds generally take 7 days, however may take up to 30 days to complete during peak times. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. 

When your shipment arrives:
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered. Try on any wearable items and if there are issues please contact us immediately. 

Package / Merchandise that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day. Please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it. 

Exchange Instructions:
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered. Try on any wearable items and if there are issues please contact us immediately. 

If you need to exchange an item because of a size issue, before doing so please read the size on the item itself as sometimes manufacturers use the same labels and packaging for all sizes, with the actual costume being the correct size. If you need to exchange, please purchase again through the website and separately request for a RA number for the item to be returned. It will be treated as a new order to avoid confusion during the return process and allow you access to our automated inventory so you can avoid the item being out of stock when we receive your return. 

Before you ship the return order write your new order number along with your RA# on the outside of the package. Please Note: All returned items without a new order number included will shipped back to you at your cost.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.

    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
