  • NBR material – a nature rubber that is soft, safe, durable and good at support. It is 8mm in thickness, 8cm in width & 2m in length, provides excellent support to cushion off the bumping impacts
  • Easy installation – just clean the surface where the cushion is going to apply by using the 3M tape given
  • Allow DIY – our product is soft and flexible, you only need a scissor to cut into length or width that you want, which is totally DIY

  • Free a 4 meter 3M double-sided tape

 

Use Instructions

  • Must be used on a cleaned surface – Any dirt/oil might reduce the stickiness of the tapes
  • Please leave the cushion untouched after applied on a surface for 24 hours for maximum effects
  • Make sure a clean try and the cushion is attached evenly on the surface.
  • Use toothpaste to clean off any stain on the cushion, it can even be used to get rid of any smell

Notice on Return/Exchange General Notes:

Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

The following items are NEVER returnable:
-Any item that has been worn, used or altered.
-Items that require special delivery.
-If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
Items are not exchangeable
Subject to the General Notes above, if something needs to be returned, you should contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and return the item within 5 days after the said receiving date. Please include the order number, email address and problem in all correspondence. Item returned after the said period will not be entertained.

Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only and does NOT refund shipping and handling charges. In case of free delivery item, cost of delivery will be deducted out from the refund (depends on the fee of the courier services used).

Refunds generally take 7 days, however may take up to 30 days to complete during peak times. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
