Feeding Instructions:

  • If stored in a freezer: Thaw frozen milk in the refrigerator. Once thawed, carefully pour milk out of the storage bag into a feeding bottle for warming up
  • If stored in a refrigerator: Carefully pour milk out of the storage bag into a feeding bottle for warming up
  • Diacard the storage bag after single use
  • Discard any leftover milk
  • Do not refreeze thawed milk

Warnings:

  • Do not microwave or boil the storage bag and breast milk
  • Do not allow sharp objects to come into contact with the storage bags
  • Keep the storage bags out of children's reach 
  • Always test the temperature of milk before feeding baby
  • For hygiene, only tear the tap immediately before filling and safely discard the tab

Notice on Return/Exchange Items you have purchased are returnable 1 week upon receipt of products. Items have to be in the original packing, undamaged (product and packaging). A restocking fee of 20% off the purchase price will be imposed.
In you return please include a copy of the invoice or order number and specify reason for the return. The return has to be done via a trackable delivery service.
Some products are considered special order items and we regret are not returnable
Please note we cannot accept returns from follow class of goods: Breast pumps, feeding accessories, Supplements, Vitamins, Creams and Lotions, Diaper Accessories, Potties and Toilet Training, VCD/DVD, Nursing Bra and Used products.
Return postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to final approval of our customer service department who will need to evaluate the condition of the products.
Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive a products damaged. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of receipt we assume you have received your purchase in good order and condition. After receiving notification from you the products will have to be sent back to us within 7days if not notified otherwise by us.
We will either send you the replacement parts and if necessary replace with a new item at no cost to you. The appropriate course of action will be determined by our customer care department. If product is non-defective we will with return products to you (shipping charges will need to be borne by customer) or we can treat is as a return item (please refer to www.11street.my, Terms and Conditions, Article 23.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
