Notice on Return/Exchange We would only accept a return within 7 calendar days, which begins on the date you receive the item. This period is subject to restrictions and exclusions. 7 calendar days is measured from the date you receive the item to the post stamp date of your return parcel.

We would not accept a product return when:
1. The product has been opened and not in the original packaging. (Any free gifts should also be included in the return shipment.)
2. Any element of suspicious activity, fraud, bad faith or abuse will lead to immediate rejection of the return request. e.g. too many returns from the same customer.
3. It has been over 7 calendar days since you received the item.
4. Proof of purchase (order number and tax invoice at the minimum) must be provided to us.
5. The customer bears the return shipment risk and responsibility until the returned item safely arrives at the designated us return address and duly acknowledged and received, because if the products or packaging has been damaged in shipment, it may affect the validity of your return request.
6. Any code, discount or promotion used for any returned and refunded order, wholly or in part, will not be valid or re-validated for any subsequent order.

We will give you a case No for your reference and the shipping address once we accept the return request. Lastly, email the courier name and consignment note to us at so we can look out for your shipment.

  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange
