ADATA places a high emphasis on consumer safety, and has developed a wide range of protection mechanisms for the PC500. If the current or voltage undergoes any abnormality, if the core temperature exceeds 60 degrees, or if an electrical short circuit occurs, the protection mechanism immediately stops both charging and discharging. After the voltage and current is stabilized, the PC500 will return to normal function. In addition, when the power bank itself is 100% fully charged, or if the battery power drops below 10%, the overcharge and over-discharge protection mechanism will be activated to prevent damage to the power bank battery, and the device being charged.
 
In order to ensure reliability, ADATA implements approximately 70 test items throughout the various stages of development. This helps ensure functionality and that protection mechanisms all operate normally. The PC500 also passed CE, FCC, BSMI, VCCI, KC, PSE, RCM, GOST-R, LVD, and NOM safety certifications to ensure quality for all consumers.

    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
