The printing revolution starts here with our new amazing Continuous Ink Supply Systems. The large external ink reservoirs continually feed the cartridges with ink through silicon feed tubes (see pictures). This system comes with a ventilation valve with porous paper filter to filter out dust from entering the ink tanks. The large 100ml per color reservoirs are engineered to perfection and is also space savings to your office. The high quality silicone tubing ensure reliable transportation of ink from the reservoirs to the print cartridges. "Normal" rubber tubing can cause tube to cave-in thus blocking the ink flow. Therefore, you can continuously print without any down time. It has been tested (based on Epson R230 printer), one can continuously print for over 1200pages NON-STOP (just feed paper), before the printhead overheats and printout shows white horizontal lines. No problem on that printhead, just let it cool down, within half hour, you can start your print again - and the printout is as good as new. The premium ink we use ensure sharp and accurate coloration compared to OEM specifications. If you buy a CISS that uses cheap ink, you will notice the color is very VIVID. Too vivid makes it very unnatural. Our ink is calibrated for every model thus ensuring the skin tone color of a person on that picture is really a skin tone color, not a skin tone with green tint or redish tint. Another factor is, you can take note on smaller fonts that you print. If the smaller font is NOT sharp or precise, the ink is not good. Our ink also design correctly to produce sharp text printout, regardless of small or large font size. Our clients (mostly advertising house) are using our solution for over 6 years on CISS, and that same printers that were running 6 years ago, are still running strong. The only replaced parts are the wear and tear components of the pick up roller and separation pads (normal lifespan of about 2 years).

We have a 4-color CISS systems: which caters for most HP desktop printers, namely, HP21/22, HP27/28, HP56/57, Canon models using PG40/CL41 and PG830/CL831, and also for most Epson models ranging from C45/C46/C63/C65/C67/C59/C79

All our Continuous Ink Systems are 100% guaranteed and come with full ink tanks. CISS are a money saving alternative for customers who do a large amount of printing. The printer cartridges remain in place permanently in your printer and all you have to do is simply top up the CISS external ink reservoirs. Notice on Return/Exchange Requesting refund of goods is available within 3 days of receiving goods. Requests for refund after 3 days upon receiving goods will not be entertained. Prior to any return, please contact us at for return address and return procedure. Customers must ensure that the returned goods are in the same condition when they first received it. Defected items are not accepted. RM3.00 of processing fee will be charged for the refund. Customers have to cover the postage fee unless stated. Customers must provide the tracking number to us once the parcel has been shipped either via e-mail or SMS. Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us. Delivery Charges are non-refundable. FamiliStorre will not be responsible if Buyer’s shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. However customer may claim the compensation for the relevant delivery company.

It will take 1 working day for us to check the condition of the goods returned. We will request for the customer's banking details after we approve the refund. Amount of refund will be transferred within 3 working days. Customer will be informed once the refund is made. Please take note that "Satisfaction guarantee" will only be available on certain products.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
