Return items/Refund

We take great pride in ensuring that our prodcuts are of great quality and condition.

We will exchange or refund in the following cases:
a) You have received a wrong product or defective item.
b) There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed.

Non-returnable items

We are sorry, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

1. Any return received with missing items, has been used, damaged or without original packaging will not be credited, returned items must be in original condition with complete labels and tags on it.
2. Any product that return after 7 days of the purchased receipt will not be entertained.
3. Any free gift product and samples is not returnable or exchangeable.
4. Any specification of special product that you requested is not returnable and exchangeable.
5. In the event of dispute, Dot Life's decision shall be final and conclusive.

You must call to inform us before return the items to us. We will not entertain return without notification.

Refund policy
Please note that we will verify the returned product condition before providing refund. We will refund the total values of the products but if your purchased product was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return the purchased product and free gift together in order to get the full refund. Otherwise, no full refund will be made.

Exchange policy
Please return the damaged or wrong products by simply following our Return Procedures. We only exchanged if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product with the same shipping method used for the purchase without extra delivery charged. The return delivery fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement. Only when the product is out of stock, we will make full refund to you.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
