Storage Instructions

1. Keep soap in cool and dry place to avoid melting.

2. It is advised to keep the soaps away from water and on its side. This allows the air to circulate properly over a larger surface area of the soap therefore allowing it to dry out and last longer.


1. Made of natural plants, to be used as soon as possible after opening. Pure natural, quality of soap not affected by any slight difference in shape, colour or smell.

2. Soap could be wrapped with a clean cling wrap if it has been opened but not used.

3. Must not be kept in refrigerator or freezer.

4. After use, rinse off the remaining bubbles on soap to let it dry faster and hardens, reducing its consumption.

5. Must not be soaked in water as it would dissolve on its own if left in water for 24 hours. 

6. Please keep in soap container with holes so it stays dry.

7. Avoid direct contact with eyes.  If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. 

8. Stop using if signs of irritation or rash appear.

Notice on Return/Exchange We take on that the goods are accepted for exchange and return with any of the following circumstances:

-Reported within 28 days from the Receipt Date.

So now, what are the procedures of the Exchange & Return?

1.Contact our customer service department and inform us the reasons for returns and the quantity of return goods.
Return the original copy of the signed Consignment Note, Invoice (if any), other accessories and goods in a complete set.

2. Please post the goods that you wish to return to the following address: LEEUWIN SDN. BHD., No.897, Rimba Terjun, Jalan Kukup, 82000, Pontian, Johor.

3. After we confirm the receipt of the return goods, we shall arrange for refund or exchange the soonest possible.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
