[Buyer] [Payment] [Credit/Debit Card] Is there a minimum / maximum amount I can pay with Credit/Debit Card?
answer
Yes. The minimum amount you can pay with Credit/Debit Card is RM 1, and the maximum amount limit per transaction is RM 10,000. 

If your payable amount is less than RM 1 due to coupons and discounts applied, you can pay with 11street credit. If your payable amount is bigger than RM 10,000, kindly select ATM/Bank Transfer to complete your payment.

Please note that the transaction limit on 11street.my is set by our payment gateway partner iPay88, so the limit would be different from your personal account.

You can use 11street credit & Bcard points together with other payment methods. However, paying with more than 1 main payment method is not allowed.

1. Please select 'Credit / Debit Card'
2. Fill in with your card details
3. Read the important notice thoroughly
4. Then click 'Proceed to Payment'.

 


Then you will be re-directed to bank's page where you will need to key in OTP or TAC number.

Yes, you can pay fully or partially with the combination of other payment methods.

Check your available Credit balance, then decide how much you would like to utilize for the payment. 'Use All' function is available for your convenience, or you can write specific amount you want to use.

Yes, Credits have validity period. You can check the validity period of Credits you have in My Page > My Benefits > Credit.

 


Once it is expired, it can no longer be used, so please check the validity period and use it in time!

Unfortunately, 11street Credit is not cashable.

However, on 11street, credit can be used just like cash with 1:1 value (1 credit = RM 1). You can enjoy using the credits to save more when you purchase on 11street.my!

Can I convert Seller Credit to Seller Cash?
answer
No, Seller Credit cannot be converted  to Seller Cash. Seller Credit has a one year validity period and sellers need to spend their Seller Credit within that period.

Can I use Seller Credit on 11 street facilities?

Yes, sellers can use Seller Credit to use 11street facility and attend Seller Zone training.

What is Seller Credit?
answer
Seller Credit is a non-cashable virtual currency that can be used by 11street sellers to purchase Listing Ad coupons, pay for meeting room bookings etc. Sellers may earn Seller Credits through 11street campaigns or alternatively seller Credits may be purchased using credit card.
The validity period for seller credit is 1 year maximum.
