  • How do I participate in the Credit Cashback promo?
  • Just click 'Join Now' on the promotion page!
  • How do I know if I'm eligible for the Credit Cashback?
    1. Was the purchase made via Mobile Web? If yes, you are not eligible for the Cashback. (Mobile Web transactions are not eligible).
    2. Was the purchase confirmed on your Mobile App? If yes, you are eligible for the Cashback.
  • Why didn’t I get the amount I’m supposed to get?
  • Below are the possible answers:
    1. You have reached the maximum cap of RM20.
    2. Your seller has potentially categorised the product under a different category.
  • Is the Credit automatically credited to my account?
  • No, you must claim the Credit on your own at the Credit Cashback page.
  • There’s a delay in my shipping by my seller! Can I still get my Credit Cashback?
  • Don’t worry! You can now claim your Cashback until the end of the promotion of the following month! For example, Buyer A bought a book on 30th of April, which means Buyer A has up to the 31st of May to claim his/her rebate.

    However, you will not be able to claim the rebate if the shipping has been delayed over the one month promotional period.
  • Why can’t I see my transactions on the promotion page?
  • Firstly, check when the purchase was made. Then, go to the correct Credit Cashback promotion page to claim your Credit. For example, Buyer B bought a handphone in April but the transaction is not reflected in the May promo page. Buyer B should check the April promo page instead of the May promo page.
  • How do I go to the past month’s promotion page?
  • There’s a tab that shows your previous month’s transactions! So, just click the tab and claim your Credit!
  • Do I need to click ‘Join Now’ every month to participate in the promo?
  • Yes, you must in order to claim the Credit.
  • What are the sub categories that are not applicable for claim?

  • Campaign period: 1 April – 30 April 2017
  • Redemption Period : 1 April – 31 May 2017
  • Credit validity period: 30 days from the redemption date.
  • Only Members who participated in this promotion are entitled to redeem the Credit rebate.
  • Credit rebate is only valid for purchases except for Electronics & Services made via App between 1 April – 30 April 2017 with ‘Purchase Confirmed’ status.
  • Credit exclusions apply: Mobile top up.
